About

The HR Tech Rundown is an automated daily intelligence digest for hR technology and software. Relevant articles MUST focus on platforms, tools, automation, or technology implementations aiding in talent acquisition and workforce management — NOT general HR practices, workplace culture, DEI policy, management advice, or labor politics, unless they directly discuss technology implications or software changes. Covers: applicant tracking systems, HRIS/HCM platforms, payroll and benefits administration software, learning management systems, people analytics tools, performance management software, employee engagement platforms, workforce scheduling and time tracking, onboarding systems, compensation management tools, and AI/automation applications in HR. Each day, our system scans 16 industry publications and Reddit forums, classifies articles by topic and relevance, and synthesizes key developments into a five minute email brief.

Methodology

We monitor a curated set of authoritative sources in our coverage area. Articles are automatically classified by topic, scored for relevance, and ranked by editorial criteria that prioritize industry impact and reader interest. Our goal is to surface what matters from across the industry for readers, and to send those readers to the original reporting.
